Working experiences
Jireh is the director at Katina Capital Partners, specializes in Real Estate investments underwriting and advisory services. Prior to KCP, he initiated his career at a global investment group where he focused on diversified opportunistic assets and provided services to clients across Institutional Investors and Family offices with areas of specialization in real estate investment structuring and analysis. He later joined a Real Estate Fund (APLUS Property Investment Holdings – APLUS Japan Real Estate Investments I, L.P., CIMA:1725124) primarily focused on Value-add Investments in Japan, where he undertook the firm’s advisory engagements, investment structuring and financial modelling.
With a unique experience of cross-border investments and advisory in the Real estate market, He also managed the investment firm – Shore Capital Partners Limited, involved in Real Estate and Mezzanine investments with an ASIA-Pacific mandate.
