Linh was an Associate Director with PwC Singapore and Australia for 4 years, doing cross border transactions in South East Asia. She had advised mostly M&A transactions in consumer and education space with aggregate value of close to USD200mn.
Prior to PwC, Linh spent 10 years at VinaCapital executing private equity investments as well as advising corporate finance in Vietnam. Her 1st half time with VinaCapital was involved with hospitality acquisition for the Fund while the remaining time was to advise fund raisings transactions, both debt and capital. She had successfully closed transactions with approximate value of USD300mn.
Linh also was an auditor for 5 years with Arthur Andersen in Vietnam and Singapore.
